What is Tantric Shadow Coaching?
Tantra: a spiritual practice that supports pure presence as the key to our Divine potential. It is an expanding and weaving of internal wisdom and external stimulus into an ecstatically full human experience of existence. It melts the boundaries that keep us from being present with the gift of Now or as viewing ourselves as separate from all that is.
Shadow: parts of self that people don't readily acknowledge and are usually relegated to unconscious expression. Lust is confusing. Shame is an extremely powerful motivator. Anger is denied and shoved deeper. So many emotions that are deemed "inappropriate" or "unenlightened" and pushed into the shadows. Even humility and shyness have their shadow sides...

Tantric Shadow Coaching invites and celebrates the wisdom of all material, "light" and "dark". It is a practice of Tantric totality embracing a map of 8 senses: The 5 bodily avenues of receiving external input (resulting in touch, taste, scent, sight, sound), the personal awareness of your own internal system, spatial awareness (how your body physically interacts with environment and others), and interpersonal awareness (how we interact with others in the unseen of spirit and emotion). Cultivating a little mindfulness- slowing down and allowing true space for what IS reveals infinite resources.
This work is designed to explore and honor your entire spectrum of experiences- from judgments and desires, to fear and arousal, to all your ferocity and vulnerability. With shamanic influences, this guidance brings together practices of Performing Arts, Western , kink, Hakomi Therapy, and Neurolinguistic Programing and meets all areas of your being with judgment free acceptance and unconditional love.
